Welcome to RONA, a language translation and learning application developed by RONA Team (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using our mobile application (“App”) and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Eligibility & Use of the App

  1. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
    If you are under 13, you are not permitted to use the App.
  2. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
  3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

2. Intellectual Property

  1. All content and materials available through the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and design (“Content”), are owned by or licensed to RONA Team and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by law.

3. User Content

  1. The App may allow you to submit content such as text, translations, or other materials (“User Content”).
  2. You retain ownership of your User Content.
    However, by submitting User Content, you grant RONA Team a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the App.
  3. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the User Content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, or similar tools) to access the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App

5. Availability & Modifications

  1. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or without interruptions.
  2. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RONA Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
  2. Our total liability for any claims relating to the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to use the App.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.
By using the App, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law
